Session Objective:Call for the pass.
Organisation:Cones spaced out 10yds then 5yds then 10yds as above.
Balls & cones.
Key Factors: Player A passes to player B who returns ball back to player A. Player B then turns and asks for pass from player C,Player B then passes back to player C. And so it begins again with Player A back into Player B. Players rotate so they all go in the middle.
*PLAYERS MUST ASK FOR PASS.
*QUALITY PASS INTO FEET.
*GOOD TURNS AND MOVEMENT FROM MIDDLE MAN.
*PLAYERS ALL TO BE ON THEIR TOES.
*KEEP WITHIN A 5 YDS AREA DON'T GET TO WIDE.
*IF IT BREAKS DOWN START AGAIN.
